Herbal teas are made from tisanes, which are blends or infusions of dried fruits, flowers, spices or herbs in water. Tisanes have been shown to offer medicinal effects. Be an informed consumer—many beverages marketed as "herbal tea" with "herbal tea benefits" are nothing more than sugary juice.

Burdock Root – supports digestion by promoting healthy gut bacteria, aiding in detoxification, and providing fiber that can soothe the colonIt contains inulin, a prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial gut bacteria, which is crucial for digestion.

Cardamom Seed - is celebrated for its digestive properties and also contains essential oils like terpinene, and limonene, which are excellent for improving  digestive health.

Licorice Root - It acts as a demulcent, a soothing, coating agent, multiple studies have shown that licorice root may help prevent and treat ulcers. It does this by increasing mucus production in the stomach, which soothes the stomach lining.
